An affiliate network site adds a high-value service line to an existing facility — without building payer contracting, clinical protocol, or back-office capability. Where the site has no physician trained in the procedure, VDN provides one.
Who this is for
Facilities with underutilized procedure capacity
If you operate a procedure suite that is not fully utilized, the network can attach a complete service line to it — authorization through the VDN pathway, clinical protocol, and the full administrative and billing infrastructure behind every case. Patient enrollment in your own market remains yours; VDN does not supply patients to sites.

The arrangement
A service line attached to your facility — not a takeover
Your facility stays your facility. VDN brings the pathway, the protocol, and the back office. You provide the suite, the procedure days, the support staff, and patient enrollment in your own market.
The physician
Your own physician, trained in the procedure and credentialed to VDN protocol — or, where your site has none, VDN provides one.
The pathway
Payer relationship, authorization, intake, scheduling, billing, and follow-up — operated centrally by VDN.
Your facility
A procedure suite meeting your state's standard, dedicated procedure days, and clinical support staff on site.
